I am Nadesan Tiberius from Jaffna Sri Lanka. I joined Ekwa in August 2010.

It means it is closer to the date that I will pass my 7 years journey with my Ekwa family. Amazing fact is that this is my first job. I guess I am one of those lucky ones who found the best work place for life. From my childhood, I always had an interest in the IT field, Also, I wanted to find new things and solutions - which makes me really want to take up challenges and think in a different way to handle it. Ekwa gives me that opportunity to think differently, experiment, and it allows me to help others to grow. During this 7-year journey, I have covered lots of areas.

I no longer feel that I am working for others; for I feel happy about my talents and I have confidence in myself, and I am never afraid to take risks.

I joined Ekwa as a SEO Associate. Initially I did not know what I was doing or what I had to do. Later, I studied my own effort and applied the techniques to my work. I was working in SEO and Reporting team in different roles. In 2016, I got the opportunity to show my talents and management appreciated my efforts and impacts.

As a result, management promoted me as Overall SEO Manager. Later, I want to spread my knowledge with the help of management and again, as a result of that, I am now here as Manager - Strategic Products and also a Coach.

Ekwa is a great place to work - all of us are working as one family and we do not feel that we are in separate areas. Through this golden opportunity of being able to work from home, we can spend time with family, friends and relations; and we have enough time for entertainment & other activities. Especially, when it comes to me, I am able to concentrate on my dream - be a Football Player.

I want to thank our CEO, Naren, for giving me this opportunity and for being a role model for me. Within this short period, I was able to become what I am now because of the excellent leadership and motivation of the organization.

I want to help my Ekwa team reach the next level; and want to give my fullest effort and support for our Ekwa growth. I want to travel on the 'Ekwa Ship' until my life journey comes to an end.

Working from home is a blessing, but in the meantime tough too, as you have to be disciplined to work on a schedule, and not get distracted by what is going on around you. I am relaxed knowing I am at home when my kids are around. I know they feel that way also. Unlike running to an office along with my kids when they are going to school, I am now able to give them a hug and wave until their school vehicles leave my sight.

I am able to stand at the doorstep when they arrive home and see that million-dollar smile because they are happy to see me. Thank you Bizycorp PVT LTD for giving me this opportunity to work from home and be a part of the Bizycorp PVT LTD virtual family!

I started my career at Ekwa in February 2015. So far, it has been a wonderful journey with my team. Everyone is supportive and they have provided me a great background for working peacefully. As Ekwa is providing me a home based working environment, it allowed me to choose the time schedule and working conditions that is optimal for me. As long as I coordinate, there is no need to work traditional 9-5 shifts, I can work during the hours when I feel most productive. I believe that communication and trust are key in Ekwa when it comes to working with a team remotely. Ekwa is my second home and I love working here and I am always looking forward to doing my very best for my company.

I started my career at Bizycorp as an Associate in SEO Services. In that position, I gained vast knowledge in the field of SEO. Within a year, I had the opportunity to join Human Resources as an HR Officer. Now I am Operations Manager on the HR team (known as PDA).
